At Ko Ho Coffee Co, we take great pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee straight to your doorstep. Every batch is carefully packed and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.
Our Courier Partner
We ship all orders exclusively through DTDC Courier & Cargo, one of India’s most trusted logistics networks. DTDC’s wide reach ensures reliable delivery across thousands of pin codes throughout India.

We currently ship pan-India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Dispatch Schedule
Our coffee is roasted fresh in small batches every Sunday. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after your roast batch is complete. You will receive a DTDC tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it directly on the DTDC tracking portal using the consignment number provided to you.
